Turning right is banned at this point.
What it means
This is the mirror of the no left turn drawing: a black arrow climbs and bends to the right, crossed out by a red stroke inside a red ring. Right turns cut across oncoming lanes, so the sign shows up on busy roads where a car waiting to turn would hold up a lane or face too much traffic to cross safely. Often a later street or a roundabout gets you to the same place.
Drive on and turn right further along, or go left and loop around the block.
Check for a time plate, because peak hour bans are common on main roads.
Choose your lane early so you are not stuck in a right turn position.
