Warning sign · Roadworks
A person is directing traffic ahead, so slow down and do exactly what they show.
What it means
This rectangle is black with a yellow rim, the reverse of most roadwork signs. A yellow figure raises one hand and holds a round bat on a pole, with the word STOP on it. Ahead, a traffic controller is directing vehicles. When they show you STOP, you stop and stay stopped until they turn the bat to SLOW or wave you on. Their directions outrank the usual rules at that spot.
Slow down and look for the controller and their bat.
Stop where they show STOP, and stay stopped.
Go only on SLOW or when they wave you through.
Right. Not quite. The answer is B.
