Is NSW Learner Pro a subscription?

No. NSW Learner Pro is A$14.99, paid once. There is no renewal, no trial that turns into a charge, and no ads.

What do I get for it?

All nineteen topics with their lessons and drills, all 1,177 practice questions, unlimited mock exams marked like the in-person DKT, and mistakes and bookmarks across the whole bank. Your progress is saved to your account, so it follows you to any device you sign in on.

What stays free?

The speed limits and traffic signs and signals topics with their lessons, drills and 179 questions, and one full mock exam of 45 questions, with no account, for as long as you like.

How do I pay?

By card, on a checkout page run by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your card number. Pro attaches to the email on your NSW Learner account, so checkout asks you to create a free account first if you are not signed in.

How do I restore Pro on another computer or phone?

Sign in with the email you paid with. Pro turns on as soon as you are in, on as many devices as you like.

I paid and Pro has not turned on. What now?

It usually turns on within a minute of paying. Make sure you are signed in with the email you paid with, then refresh the practice page. If it is still off after a few minutes, email admin@nswlearner.com.au with that address and we will sort it out.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Ask within 14 days of purchase and we refund it in full: email admin@nswlearner.com.au from the address you paid with. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply regardless.

Is this the same as Pro in the iPhone app?

No, they are separate purchases. NSW Learner Pro on this site works in any browser you sign in on. The NSW Learner iPhone app has its own upgrade inside the app.
